Check your email for the schedule and look over it thoroughly, you do not want your child to miss his/her race. We recommend you be there at least an hour and half to two hours prior to the start of your child’s event. This is a rolling schedule and if the track gods are kind, we will flow through easily without incident and you want to make sure your child has adequate time to warm up and stretch and get to check in with time to spare.
Please, please, please have your child to start hydrating TODAY!! It should have started on Monday, but definitely now. We are having some extreme temperatures and we want everyone to be well hydrated and safe. No sodas or juices, WATER, WATER, WATER & GATORADE.
